Pebble Cove new homes development — Property Pix photography
For developers & construction firms — Dublin, Wicklow, Ireland-wide

Your units sell on a screen long before anyone walks in.

Property Pix produces the photography, drone work, 3D Matterport tours, floorplans and video that carry a development from first hoarding to final handover — shot to your construction programme, delivered in 24 to 48 hours.

Built around a development, not a single house

A scheme needs more than a photographer with a wide lens.

Selling forty units off plans is a different job from selling one finished home. We've been photographing Irish property since 2015, and we work the way a development actually runs.

  • Booked against your programme. Show-unit completion, milestone aerials, launch week — dates locked in advance, not chased.
  • One consistent look across every phase. Phase three shouldn't look like it was shot by someone else.
  • Delivered in 24 to 48 hours. The brochure designer and the selling agent get their files the same week.
  • Already known to your agent. We work with estate agents across Ireland every week — the handover is routine.

What you get

Every asset your launch needs, from one team.

Take the full set for a scheme, or just the piece you're missing. Everything lands in one client portal, sized for property portals, brochure print and social.

Show-home bedroom, professionally lit and photographed

Professional photography

Full interior and exterior sets of show units, common areas and the completed scheme — shot with professional lighting and edited to one standard.

Matterport 3D dollhouse view of a multi-storey building

3D Matterport tours

A walkable digital twin of each unit type, captured on the Matterport Pro3 — indoor and outdoor scanning — so a buyer can explore the layout without a site visit.

Aerial drone photograph of a development site with its boundary marked

Aerial & drone

Elevated stills and video showing scale, orientation, phasing and what the site sits beside — plus repeatable angles for progress reporting through the build.

Glazed garden room interior, the kind of space a walkthrough video is built around

Property & development video

A cut for the listing and the launch page, plus short vertical edits sized for the agent's social feeds and your own channels.

Overhead aerial image of a site with the plot boundary marked

Floorplans & site imagery

Accurate measured floorplans per unit type with room dimensions, plus boundary-marked overheads that show a site or plot exactly as it sits.

Apartment living room shown furnished, overlooking a neighbouring block

Virtual staging

Furnished visuals for the unit types you haven't physically dressed, so an empty second-floor two-bed still sells against the show home.

Restaurant interior photographed as a commercial unit

Commercial & amenity units

Retail, restaurant, office and shared-amenity space photographed for letting agents and for the scheme's own marketing.

Completed home photographed at twilight with the lighting scheme lit

Completed-scheme portfolio

The finished development photographed properly for your own website, awards submissions and tender documents — the credibility pack for the next site.

Location & context imagery

The village, the DART line, the schools, the green space. The images that answer “where actually is this?” for a buyer scrolling a portal at midnight.

The off-plan problem

A buyer can't stand in a drawing.

CGIs sell an idea. A 3D tour of the finished show unit sells the actual thing — at 11pm, from another county, or from abroad.

  • One scan, every unit of that type. Scan the show unit once and the tour carries the whole floor plate.
  • Fewer wasted viewings. People arrive on site already knowing the layout, and already decided.
  • Works for investors and overseas buyers. A link is the viewing.
How a scheme is covered

Four stages, one photographer through all of them.

A site is photographed differently at groundworks than at handover. Take the full programme, or start at the stage you're standing in right now.

01

Pre-launch & off-plan

Before there's anything to photograph indoors: aerial context showing the site against the village, the transport links, the schools and the green space. The imagery that fills a hoarding, a launch page and the first brochure.

  • Aerial site context
  • Locality imagery
  • Hoarding & brochure stills
02

During construction

Scheduled visits at intervals you set — monthly, per phase, or per milestone — with matched aerial angles each time, so the sequence reads as genuine progress rather than unrelated snapshots. Useful for funder updates and for marketing at the same time.

  • Progress aerials
  • Dated ground sets
  • Milestone video
03

Show unit & sales launch

The heavy stage. Full photography of the show home, a 3D Matterport tour per unit type, measured floorplans for the brochure, and a video cut for both the listing and social — plus virtual staging for the unit types you aren't dressing physically.

  • Show-unit photography
  • 3D Matterport tour
  • Floorplans
  • Property video
  • Virtual staging
04

Handover & the next site

Completed-scheme photography for your own portfolio, awards submissions and tender documents. Retail, office and amenity units shot for letting. The finished set becomes the pack you open the next development with.

  • Completed scheme set
  • Commercial units
  • Portfolio & tender imagery
